Our mission is to empower and mentor Christian female nurses to bring excellence, compassion, and integrity to the healthcare industry. We understand that the healthcare field can be challenging and that nurses often face burnout. We aim to provide personalized coaching and accountability to support Christian female nurses in their career and personal journey. By providing a supportive community, we aim to help nurses thrive in their profession while maintaining their faith.

Our purpose is to serve as a guide and mentor for Christian female nurses. We want to help nurses navigate the unique challenges of the healthcare field and achieve their professional and personal goals. We want to provide the tools and resources that nurses need to excel in their profession and to live a fulfilling life.

Our coaching sessions are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each member. Our coaching approach is personalized, dynamic and focuses on empowering you to achieve your desired outcomes. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, and they will work closely with you to help you identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and develop a plan to reach them.
Integration of Faith into the Coaching Process:
We believe that faith is an integral part of who you are and that it should be reflected in all aspects of your life, including your work as a nurse. Our coaches are Christian and share your values, and they will help you to find balance and peace in your career, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

Meet the Founder:
I’m Aneesha Nelson, Founder and Creator of the Nurses Circle where I help Christian female nurses looking for support and guidance in navigating their career.
I am a Registered Nurse with 10+ years of experience in the healthcare field. Having worked in various areas including acute care, education, clinical management, and home therapies my passion for helping faith-based women in the nursing profession has driven me to become a mentor and coach for my fellow Christian female Nurses.
Prior to my nursing career, I Spent 6 years in medical research and 5 years as an Administrator. With a BS in Biology, I bring a unique perspective to the field of nursing, always striving for excellence, compassion, and integrity in all I do.
My mission is to empower women of faith in the healthcare industry, and I am dedicated to helping others achieve their career and personal goals.
As a nurse, I have faced many challenges in my career, but one of the biggest struggles I faced was procrastination. I found myself constantly putting off tasks and feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work I had to do. This not only affected my work but also my personal life and my faith. I was feeling frustrated and discouraged, but I knew I had to find a solution.
One day, while reading the Bible, I came across the scripture in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." This verse gave me the encouragement I needed to overcome procrastination and to take action towards my goals.
I realized that I had been putting off my responsibilities because I was afraid of failing. But the verse in Jeremiah reminded me that the Lord has a plan for me and that plan includes success and a brighter future. With this newfound motivation, I began taking action.
I made a plan for my day, prioritized my tasks, and focused. I found that with the help of the Lord, I was able to overcome my procrastination and achieve my goals.
Looking back, I am grateful for the challenges I faced and how I was able to overcome them with my faith. I now use these experiences to help and inspire others who may be facing similar struggles. My faith continues to be my anchor and guide in all aspects of my life, including my nursing career.
